Warranty
If you believe any item is defective or damaged we apologise. Please contact us immediately at contact@johntaylorwatches.com. Our team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim. Our warranty covers any defect in material or craftsmanship under normal use, and does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage from the owner.
